New Hampshire Training and Implementation
It’s time for your school to gain access to Awato Powered by Xello, NH’s college and career readiness platform. We’ve made it easy to get started. All you need to get started is to have one person from your school register for training.
How it works
- A representative from your school attends a training
- Each open session is 2 hours long. These sessions are open, meaning that attendees can join or leave the session whenever they like.
- During the training, they receive
- access to their school’s platform and guided through inviting other administrators and students
- knowledge on how to use the platform
- best practices for implementation

The Awato Platform
NH’s Bureau of Career Development has partnered with Awato LLC, the leader in personalized career pathfinding software, to provide a statewide career pathways platform for all middle school and high school students.
The platform addresses the goals of SB 276 Career Readiness Drive to 65 Act by providing a streamlined platform for students to access their interests, map their career pathways and connect with local employers.
